The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore C.W.J.C. No. 3604 of 2015, which stood dismissed due to non-compliance of peremptory order dated 27-07-2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 3604 of 2015.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the ground set-forth in the petition, the restoration petition is allowed and writ petition i.e. C.W.J.C. No. 3604 of 2015 is directed to be restored to its original file, with condition that if order dated 27-07-2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 3604 of 2015 is not complied with within one week after Summer Vacation, 2018, the writ petition i.e. C.W.J.C. No. 3604 of 2015 shall stand dismissed without further reference to a Bench.
