Name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statements of co-accused persons and he is in jail custody since 14.5.2015 but it appears that up till now, test identification parade of the petitioner has not been done by the Investigating officer. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ameet Kumar Singh, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Jamui/concerned court in Chandramandih P.S. Case no. 37/2015.
