22-07-2015 Heard Smt. Anuradha Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri D.P.Tiwary, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. This is the third attempt for grant of bail on behalf of the petitioner in Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 167 of 2012 registered for the offence under Sections 20, 22 and 23 of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since long and trial is not proceeding expeditiously. She submits that out of twelve charge-sheeted witnesses, only four have been examined till date. In view of the fact that on merit, earlier prayer for bail was rejected, there is no point for reconsidering the prayer for bail. The petition again stands dismissed.
