1. It is submitted by the learned counsels for the opposite parties that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 05.04.2023, passed in CWJC No.4864 of 2023, the encroachment in question has already been removed on 25.03.2024, in presence of the magistrate and police force, as is apparent from the written acknowledgment, annexed as annexure-C to the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite parties no.2 to 4 on 1st of April, 2024, which is also signed by

Patna High Court MJC No.2017 of 2023(5) dt.20-09-2024 2/2 the petitioner and the villagers, hence it is submitted that the order of this Court has stood complied with.

2. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities, in case of any subsisting grievance. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The petition stands disposed off.
