Vide order dated 28.03.2018 this court has indicated that if the vacancies are available, the respondents may consider the desirability of accommodating the petitioner, if petitioner was wrongly excluded in the matter of offering appointment.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent District Programme
Patna High Court CWJC No.5264 of 2017 (3) dt.10-05-2018 2/2 Officer(Sakshrata), Sitamarhi to take final decision expeditiously and if it is found that the petitioner was wrongly excluded or the vacancies is available, he may consider the desirability to appoint this petitioner.
With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
