The petitioner is in custody in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 366 of 2017, a case under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Co-accused Md. Danish Rizwan against, whom there is allegation of conspiracy, has already been allowed bail by this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 35582 of 2017. Allegation is against some unknown persons to have fired upon Krishna Kumar Singh, and caused his death.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3316 of 2018 (2) dt.17-01-2018 2/2 the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Ara Town Police Station Case No. 366 of 2017 with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
