2. The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 19.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63275 of 2023 to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

3. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application and in the interest of justice, the period to surrender is extended by six weeks from today in connection with Dehri Mahila Case No. 68 of 2022, pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M., Sasaram, Rohtas, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund, Bihar.

4. The order dated 19.03.2024 is modified to the extent as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55210 of 2024(2) dt.09-08-2024 2/2 indicated above.

5. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
