JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 30-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be father-in-law of the informant's daughter and according to the prosecution case itself, the deceased and her children were taken away by her husband and after that the dead bodies of informant's daughter as well as their two children were recovered from the river. Moreover, the mother-inlaw of the informant's daughter has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court.
Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 8th
