The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Noorsarai P.S. Case No.190/2017 registered under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code and 4,5,6,7 of Bihar Illegal Transportation and Storage Prevention Rule, 2003 and Section 4/40 Bihar Mining Concession Rule, 1972.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is owner of the tractor bearing registration no.BR27B2483. The driver of the tractor was transporting the sands on hire and the petitioner is not at all concerned.

Considering the aforesaid fact and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner above named,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17979 of 2018 (2) dt.06-04-2018 2/2 in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-VII, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Noorsarai P.S.
