The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Hussainganj P.S. Case No. 329/2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/201/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are ladies and there is no direct or indirect evidence against them of having participated in the crime and they have been made accused only due to suspicion.

In view of the above, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.
