2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 10 of 2025 dated 14.01.2025 registered for the offences punishable under sections 329(4), 126(2), 115(2), 109, 308(4) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. The main submissions advanced by petitioner's counsel are that the petitioner has fair and clean antecedent and has been languishing in jail since 18.03.2025 and about fourteen days before the registration of the FIR, an informatory petition has been filed by the father of this petitioner against altogether 18 persons including the informant and his two sons, a copy of which has been filed and in that informatory petition, the

No.47515 of 2025(2) dt.04-08-2025 2/3 petitioner's father had shown his apprehension of assault or any other offences possibly might be committed against him by the persons named in the informatory petition and thereafter, the FIR was lodged against this petitioner and others, with false allegation of extortion demand. It is lastly submitted that the investigation has been completed against the petitioner.
4. Learned APP for the State has opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner and submits that against this petitioner, there is serious allegation as he not only threatened the informant but also assaulted him, causing grievous injury to his nose.
5. Heard both the sides, perused the FIR and the trial court's order. Though against this petitioner there is some serious allegation, however, considering his custody period, fair and clean antecedent and completion of investigation against him, this Court is inclined to take a lenient approach in respect of his prayer for bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner namedabove be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court concerned in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 10 of 2025 on the condition that if the trial court is going to proceed with trial of
