The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Maner P.S. Case No.340 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the name of the petitioner has transpired on the confessional statement of co-accused which has no evidentiary value. Petitioner has clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner, abovenamed, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5713 of 2021(2) dt.24-11-2021 2/2 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Ms. Nutan Kumari, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Danapur in connection with Maner P.S.
