2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No. 149 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, on 14.06.2023 at about 04:45 P.M., the informant, who is an employee of RBL, Finserve Ltd. Non-banking Company was going to deposit the amount in Main Branch. Thereafter, three unknown persons intercepted him and snatched Rs. 1,08710/- at the point of pistol and fled away.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that nothing was recovered

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58031 of 2024(2) dt.27-08-2024 2/2 from possession of the petitioner and his name has figured in confessional statement of co-accused Abhishek Kumar. The petitioner is under custody since 10.01.2024.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No. 149 of 2023, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.

(i) The petitioner shall remain physically present in the court below on each and every date, till framing of the charges.
