In this case, the dispute lies in a very narrow compass as the petitioner is claiming Rs. 11,510.95/- and Rs. 11,656.00/- for the work done by him in pursuance of the agreement no. 163 of (2) and agreement no. 164 of (2) executed with the Building Construction Department, Government of Bihar, Patna for repairs, white washing and painting the Flat No. 141 to 144 and Flat No. 161 to 164 respectively.
The petitioner was allotted the work order for the
Patna High Court CWJC No.11163 of 2016 dt.21-02-2017 aforesaid work. Total cost of the work was Rs. 29,622.95. He has submitted the bill but, the amount of Rs. 11,510.95/- and Rs. 11,656.00/- has not been paid to the petitioner. The petitioner has already filed a representation for payment of the same which is pending before the respondent no.4, the Executive Engineer, Patna, West Building Division, Danapur. Let the Executive Engineer, Patna, West Building Division should examine the representation of the petitioner which has already been filed before him and if it is found that the petitioner is entitled to the same, he will be obliged to release the fund of the aforesaid amount to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforementioned observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
