2. The petitioner is in custody since 09.09.2017 in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 149 of 2017 for the offences alleged under Sections 414, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with recovery of the motor-cycle said to be the stolen property. It is submitted that the petitioner was simply crossing through the road and has been implicated in connection with recovery of the motor-cycle said to have been kept in the shop of co-accused Vikash Kumar with whom he has no concern.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed.
