Petitioner is not named but in course of investigation one Sonu Kumar was arrested and his confessional statement was recorded. The said Sonu Kumar confessed that the vehicle was stolen by him and while he along with the petitioner was going to sell the said vehicle, they were arrested by the police. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.
