The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 323, 354, 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have dragged the daughter of informant inside the maize field and made attempt to outrage her modesty.

It is submitted that there is land dispute that is why the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. The petitioner is in jail since 18.03.2015 and he has remained in jail for more than five months.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
