The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs :- For a direction to the respondents to pay the full family pension and other legal dues with interest to the petitioners after counting the full length of service rendered by the husband of the petitioner no.1 till his retirement i.e. 31.03.2002 and/or to grant any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioners are legally entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case.

Patna High Court CWJC No.14039 of 2019(3) dt.13-01-2021 2/2 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the following payments, i.e. 10% pension, gratuity and unutilized earned leave have not been made to the petitioners, but some other payments have been made to them and the service of the husband of petitioner no.1 has not been regularized from the period of 1995 to March, 2002.

This writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to file detailed representation before the respondent no.2 within a period of two weeks along with copy of the relevant documents, judgment and orders. If any, in support of the claim, the above respondent shall consider the claim of the petitioner as raised in the representation in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of 45 days.

It is made clear that respondent no.2 would be solely responsible for non-compliance of this Court's order within the stipulated period as aforesaid.
