The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.19 of 2020 for offences under Section 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

In view of the fact that son of the petitioners has married with the victim girl and they have entered into compromise and also in view of the fact that the main accused, namely, Shankar Chauhan has been granted anticipatory bail by the court below, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the

No.6703 of 2021(2) dt.29-11-2021 2/2 event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.19 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
