The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 302 of 2021 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 448, 354, 380, 504, 506 and 509 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has assaulted a lady and caused injury, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. This application for anticipatory bail is dismissed. In case the petitioner surrenders and prays for regular bail before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, the court below will consider the petition for regular bail of the petitioner without being prejudiced by the fact that anticipatory bail petition has been dismissed by this Court.
