The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 224 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b) a, 26/35 of Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of one country made pistol and live cartridges.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is innocent and has committed no offence. It has been further submitted that he is in custody since 02.09.2017. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1728 of 2018(3) dt.07-02-2018 2/2 upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Sitamarhi, in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 224 of 2017.
