Petitioner is in jail custody since 27.5.2015 in a case registered under sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Name of the petitioner came in the confessional statement of co-accused Naresh Yadav and Ganesh Yadav and except the aforesaid material, there is nothing against the petitioner. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in Pauthu P.S. Case no. 47/2014.
