The only allegation against the petitioner is that he filed false affidavit for taking agreement and so far allegation of misappropriation of government money is concerned, the same is against brother of the petitioner and admittedly, brother of the petitioner has already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench of this court in Piro P.S. case no. 123/2015 which was registered against brother of the petitioner for misappropriation of government money.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in Piro P.S. Case no. 124/2015. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
