JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 20-06-2018 A show cause has been filed by the Ankit Katriyar, A.C. to AAG 13 on behalf of the opposite parties. Let it be kept on record. A supplementary affidavit is being filed on behalf of the petitioner.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Vide order passed on the writ petition all that was directed was that the petitioner would raise his grievance before the Agriculture Production Commissioner and which would be disposed of within 3 months in accordance with law by speaking order. Accordingly, the grievance was raised vide Annexure-3 and

Patna High Court MJC No.3794 of 2017 (3) dt.20-06-2018 2/2 since it was not disposed that the contempt application was filed but while it is pending that the claim has been disposed of by the order of rejection bearing Memo No. 410 dated 27.04.2018, a copy of which has been placed on record vide Annexure- S/1 of the show cause. This does not satisfy the petitioner to file supplementary affidavit but then the forum for raising such grievance is in a different jurisdiction and not in a contempt jurisdiction. The petitioner if so advised can question the reasoned order in an appropriate forum in appropriate proceeding but in the nature of the discharge made by the opposite party Commissioner no cause remains for continuing this contempt proceeding which is accordingly disposed of.
