The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 324, 307, 452, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that allegation against the petitioner is that he has assaulted the Nati of the informant by a knife upon his stomach. However, injury is simple in nature and altercation was due to the fact that maternal grandson of the informant had killed his pigeon. Petitioner is stated to be in custody since 21.05.2015 and he is also having a clean antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the
