2. Mr. Anshu Kumar, learned Advocate appearing for Mr. Shashi Shekhar Tiwary, learned Advocate for the petitioner, on instruction, submits that during the pendeny of the writ petition, substantial amount under each head of retiral benefits

Patna High Court CWJC No.12464 of 2023 dt.29-06-2026 2/2 and other dues have been paid. However, the petitioner has some grievance with respect to admissibility of the pay scale and the lesser payment.

3. Mrs. Anuradha Singh, learned S.C. 21, on instruction, referring to the counter affidavit submitted that all the retiral and other dues have been paid.

4. Considering the submissions advanced by the learned Advocates for the respective parties and taking note of the fact that substantial amount has already been paid to the petitioner, this Court finds it apt and proper to close the writ petition. However, if the petitioner feels aggrieved under any head, he shall be at liberty to approach the concerned authority for redressal of his grievance.

5. The writ petition stands disposed.
