Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 28.06.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. 40483 of 2020. Vide order dated 14.09.2022, report was called for regarding the stage of trial and same has been received (kept at flag 'A'), which reveals that charge has been framed and the case is pending for prosecution evidence.

Considering the nature of accusation and progress of trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
