The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have caught the hands of the informant and Nand Lal Sah stabbed in the abdomen of the informant.

It is submitted that the informant did not get any injury. The occurrence took place on 08.06.2012, but the FIR was lodged on 27.08.2012 that is after two and half months of the occurrence. The petitioner is in jail since 10.04.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
