The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(I-B) A/26/35 of the Arms Act.

The Police arrested the petitioner on the allegation that they were preparing for committing dacoity, but no arms and ammunition was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 13.06.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arrah in connection with Agiaon (G) P.S. Case No. 52/2015.
