JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-04-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners, already in custody since 3.8.2017 and 8.9.2017 respectively seek bail in Barun PS Case No. 48 of 2017 (S.Tr. No. 599 of 2018) registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 302 and 120B of the IPC.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners seek bail of the petitioners on the ground of parity as Lalan Paswan against whom there is specific allegation has been admitted to bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 41545 of 2017 and others like Anand Paswan and Laxman Paswan have been admitted to bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 55654 of 2017. Learned Counsel for the petitioners also submits that the allegations are general and omnibus against the petitioners, the quarrel took place during playing cricket match and cause of death is head injury attributed to Lal Paswan.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioners, namely, Vishal Kumar and Anil Kumar @ Anil Paswan are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22444 of 2018 (2) dt.16-04-2018 amount each to the satisfaction of lst Additional Sessions Judge, Aurangabad in connection with Barun PS Case No. 48 of 2017 (S.Tr. No. 599 of 2018).
