JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 02-01-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the memo No.248 dated 17.02.2020 passed by respondent no.5 whereby he removed the petitioner from the post of Swachhatagrahi in Block- Nagra, District- Saran (Chapra) whereas the petitioner has performed his duty till December, 2021.
(ii). For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no, 4 to take the work of
Patna High Court CWJC No.11349 of 2023(2) dt.02-01-2024 2/2 Swachhatagrahi from the petitioner and pay the honorarium accordingly."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondents authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
