JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to have taken away the deceased from his house for crushing stones but subsequently, petitioner came and gave information to informant regarding the death of the deceased and thereafter, informant lodged this case. Admittedly, none has seen the actual killing of the deceased and furthermore, the informant does not disclose that relation of deceased was not cordial with the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36665 of 2015 (3) dt.03-11-2015 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 195 of 2014.
