The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown. Petitioner is in custody since 17.01.2019. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Submission is that the petitioner was never put on TIP nor any incriminating article was recovered from his possession. The name of the petitioner surfaced in confessional statement of the co-accused Lalan Kumar, who has already been allowed bail by this Court vide order dated 01.05.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20810 of 2019.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Janki Nagar P.S.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46748 of 2019(2) dt.30-07-2019 2/2 Case No.14 of 2019, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court below having immovable property in his name.
