2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against petitioner is of commission of assault by means of iron rod and bricks on the head of informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to family feud, a simple Maarpeet took place. Informant is none else but father of the petitioner and due to property dispute, this false case has been lodged. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and is in custody since 20.05.2024. Chargesheet has been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Manjhaul, Begusarai in connection with Khodawandpur P.S. Case No. 64 of 2022.
