Learned counsel for the State has assisted the Court. The present application has been filed alleging non compliance of the judgment dated 01.12.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 18513 of 2011.

By the said order, the petitioner was given liberty to approach the Grievance Redressal Committee of the Department and a reasoned order was to be passed thereupon.
