In the present case, petitioner is challenging the order of rejection of the compassionate appointment vide Memo No. 69 dated 12.01.2018 on the ground that the maximum age of the appointment is thirty seven years and the petitioner has reached to the age of forty years, so he cannot be appointed but liberty was given that he can give the name of the another person from his family, who can be appointed on the said post. The next brother is Braj Bhushan Singh who is thirty six years old and he can apply for compassionate appointment within
Patna High Court CWJC No.18378 of 2017 (5) dt.25-07-2018 2 /2 three weeks from today alongwith all the certificates and affidavit. If such an application is filed, the matter will be referred to the Compensation Appointment Committee within four weeks thereafter and decision will be taken within three weeks from the date of reference of this application to the Compensation Appointment Committee.
With the aforesaid observation and direction this writ petition is disposed of.
