JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 16-02-2016 After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition in order to avail of the statutory remedy by way of appeal before the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal at Allahabad.

2. Permission is accorded. The writ petition accordingly stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
