The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under sections 307, 379/34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that accused Rohit Kumar and his brother Rahul Kumar first teased his nephew and on protest, the petitioner, who happens to be father of aforesaid accused, came to his shop along with his two sons. The petitioner assaulted the informant with Wicket causing head injury, whereas his sons assaulted him with fists and leg. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the injuries are simple in nature.

Counsel for the State submits that the allegation is specific in nature against the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25420 of 2016 (2) dt.01-07-2016 2/2 In the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused with direction to surrender and seek regular bail which would be disposed of on its own merit without prejudice.
