The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of the petitioner figured in the case during the course of investigation on mere suspicion. The petitioner was one of the friends of the deceased. Similarly situated accused Bhukhan Yadav has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26688 of 2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
