This is an application for regular bail in connection with Motipur P. S. Case No. 247 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act and Sections 20 and 22 of the NDPS Act.

Allegation against petitioner is recovery of one country made pistol with one live cartridge, one stolen motorcycle and 200 gms ganja from his possession. It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that he has been falsely been implicated in this case and nothing was recovered from his possession. Petitioner is in judicial custody since 20.7.2017.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15852 of 2018(3) dt.12-04-2018 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 8th Addl. Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Motipur P. S. Case No. 247 of 2017.
