No. 168 of 2011, the authorities of the State of Jharkhand issued show cause notice dated 2nd July, 2014 to the petitioner and after receipt of his reply dated 21.07.2014 passed punishment order bearing Memo No. 10928 dated 13th November, 2014 deducting his 5% pension for five years.
