Taking into consideration that neither petitioner was caught on the spot nor anything was recovered from his conscious possession and except the present case and one Pandarak P.S.Case No. 48 of 2013, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna in connection with Pandarak P.S.Case No. 112 of 2013.
