JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-03-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. .Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected taking note of this fact that he along with one co-accused was caught just after the alleged occurrence but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that co-accused Sumant Kumar Choudhary, who is said to be caught along with petitioner, has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 31.01.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55103 of 2017.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15867 of 2018 (2) dt.21-03-2018 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Session Judge- IV, Aurangabad in connection with Session trial no. 333 of 2017/15/18 arising out of Fesar P.S.Case No. 18/16.
