JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 26-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, two witnesses raised suspicion against the petitioner and some others.

No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of near about seven cases of almost similar nature but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner is in jail custody since 11.07.2014 and as a matter of fact, whenever any incidents take place in the vicinity of the village of the petitioner, the petitioner is roped by the police in the said incident.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two
