The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The stolen generator was recovered from the house of the petitioner. It is submitted that the brother of the petitioner is running a tent house and one Badal Rai sold the generator to the brother of the petitioner. The brother of the petitioner was not knowing that the aforesaid generator was stolen one. The petitioner is in jail since 04.06.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
