2. The petitioner had filed an objection petition on 24.06.2025 objecting the demand notice contained in letter no. 1 dated 05.02.2025 before the Certificate Officer-cum-District Programme Officer, Mines Magadh Division, Gaya.
3. The aforesaid pending objection petition filed by the petitioner which is pending before the Certificate Officercum-District Programme Officer, Mines Magadh Division, Gaya is directed to be disposed of within six weeks from today, after hearing the petitioner, in accordance with law.

4. This writ petition is disposed of subject to the condition that the petitioner will co-operate in the disposal of the aforesaid petition..
5. Till the aforesaid disposal of the objection petition dated 24.06.2025, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner.
