The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 09/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406/420/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 7 of the E.C. Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has relied upon an order dated 15.11.2021 passed by a co-ordinate bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 5772 of 2021.
However, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant vehemently opposed the bail application. For the reasons mentioned in the order dated 15.11.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5772 of 2021, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
