the Child Development Project Officer, Bibhutipur, Respondent No. 5 for taking appropriate steps for selection of Anganbari Sewika/ Sahayika in Village Shahpur, Ward No.12, Centre No. 347 is vacant since long.

ii) A further direction may be given to the said concerned officer for fresh preparation of Mapping Punji

Patna High Court CWJC No.17488 of 2021(2) dt.17-02-2024 2/2 (the concerned ward no. 12) on the basis of present prepared voter list of the said ward of Bibhutipur."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
