The petitioner is in custody in connection with Barachatti (Mohanpur) P.S. Case No.596 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 302 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is the father-inlaw of the deceased and he is in custody since 08.06.2022, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Barachatti (Mohanpur) P.S. Case No.596 of 2021.
