JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-07-2015 The petitioner is languishing in custody since 24.04.2015 in connection with Mahila Thana (Kishanganj) P.S. Case No. 65 of 2014 for the offences instituted under Sections 341, 323, 313, 376, 417 and 509/34 of the I.P.C. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is alleged that on the pretext of marriage, the petitioner established physical relationship with the informant. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 24.04.2015 and the charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. It is further submitted that on the pretext of marriage, the petitioner is said to have established physical relationship with the petitioner. The said allegation made

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Kishanganj, in connection with Mahila Thana (Kishanganj) P.S. Case No. 65 of 2014(G.R. No. 2016 of 2014).
